Beethoven Violin Concerto

Joshua Hugo von Bohlen described as 'an elegant and interesting performer' by Remus Azoitei, professor at the Royal Academy of Music. He has performed at venues in the UK and across Europe such as St John's Smith Square, St. James Theatre and Musikverin in Vienna. Leading Orchestras in Surrey and London he is also an avid chamber musician. He holds teaching posts in Surrey and the City of London School and remains a regular solo performer. Tonight he will be playing Beethovens Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 61. A piece he says he has long admired for its soring Cadenzas, overwhelming beauty and positivity he feels when playing the passages of this Concerto. The demands of this work are astonishing but leaves you rewarded by its grace, sensitivity and excitement of this work.
